Yes, we will provide a sample for your approval before mass production to ensure every detail is completely correct.
Yes. We charge for the sample upfront, and this cost will be fully refunded to you when you place the bulk order.
Usually, it takes 3 to 10 working days for samples (for sublimation sports items, sample time can be 1-2 days). Mass production takes 10 to 30 days, which is flexible to meet your specific deadlines.
There is no MOQ limit for sublimation printing items. For other clothing items, the standard MOQ is 50 pieces per color per design.
We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Trade Assurance orders.
AI files are best, but PSD or TIF files also work well. Alternatively, you can send us a clear reference image, and our professional design team will generate the correct print files for your confirmation.
