The tactical apparel team has a deep understanding of the needs and technological advancements of outdoor tactical apparel. We have been committed to the development, manufacturing, sales, order processing and product delivery of outdoor apparel. We are passionate and hardworking to develop new technologies in outdoor tactical apparel.
The Product Development Department is responsible for the design and development of outdoor tactical apparel products and processes. We have 4 professional costume designers, 10 skilled technicians and 6 model technicians. The Product Development Department has its own workshop and sample showroom. Inspection before fabric cutting is the first step to ensure product quality. Qualified fabrics and accessories are strictly controlled by professional fabric inspection machines before production. The automatic spreader and the cloth cutter are the standard configuration for efficient cutting in our factory.
Outdoor clothing is usually made of many different fabrics to achieve different functions, such as waterproof, protection and safety, quiet, multi-functional pockets. Therefore, our professional engineers have designed an automated production line to process complex garments into many sedimentation processes. The automated production line has changed the traditional production method, and the semi-finished garments of each process can be transferred to the next process according to the specified cycle time. The application of automated production lines greatly reduces management costs, controls production inventory, improves production efficiency, ensures product quality, and shortens delivery time.
