What is your sample policy and turnaround time?
Samples are priced at $80 per style, which is fully refundable upon placement of a bulk order. Development of fabric usually takes 7-10 days, followed by another 7-10 days for custom garment creation. If stock fabric is used, the process is much faster. Finished samples are sent via reliable express couriers.
What is the MOQ and what are your standard payment & shipping terms?
Our standard MOQ is 200pcs per style/color (supporting 3-4 sizes) using our fabric color cards. We support EXW, FOB, and FCA terms. Payments are processed via T/T with a 30% deposit and the remaining balance paid before dispatch. Custom colorways based on Pantone codes can also be accommodated based on overall design specs.
